Agreement and Policies for Sparklean Cleaning Services
By scheduling a one-time or recurring service with Sparklean Cleaning Services, you are entering into an agreement that encompasses our commitment to provide you with top-quality service, our mutual responsibilities, and our policies. Please review the terms and conditions below and understand that by proceeding, you are authorizing us to charge your credit card.

Our Commitment to Quality:
At Sparklean Cleaning Services Inc., we pledge to deliver exceptional service by:

Providing professional cleaning services performed by licensed, bonded, and insured technicians. Offering a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If any aspect of your cleaning falls short of your expectations, kindly inform us within 24 hours, and we will promptly arrange a crew to revisit your home within 48 business hours to rectify the issue. Please note that we cannot issue cash refunds or discounts in lieu of a redo.

To Ensure Optimal Service, Please:
Ensure your home is accessible by providing a unique door code or lockbox code. A fee will apply if we are unable to access your premises (please refer to our lockout policy below). Deactivate alarm systems, as leaving alarms armed is done at your discretion.

While we are careful with alarm systems, Sparklean Cleaning Services cannot be held responsible for false alarms or alarm system misuse. Grant our technicians full access to your home.

Our cleaning processes are methodical and efficient; if you have specific requests or require a different cleaning order, please contact us in advance to allocate additional time. Any extra time will be billed at our current hourly rate in fifteen-minute increments. Prepare your home for cleaning to avoid additional hourly charges.

Failure to do so may result in additional costs, especially if our technicians require extra time due to the condition of your home. Note that we are not equipped to handle bug infestations, bodily fluids, or extensive grease or fire damage. If our staff feels unsafe in a particular environment, they may leave, and charges for the full cleaning will still apply.

Customer Feedback and Evaluation:
We value your feedback immensely, as it assists us in continually enhancing our service. After each cleaning, we will send you a customer service survey via email or text. You may also fill out a card or call our office at (508) 333-3354 to provide feedback.

Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Lockout Policy:
We kindly request at least 48-hour notice for reschedules or cancellations.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, without rescheduling within a week, will incur the full anticipated cost of your scheduled cleaning. Exceptions may be made for emergencies and illnesses, although frequent cancellations, even for these reasons, may still incur the cancellation fee. If rescheduling or cancellation results in more than a 3-week gap between cleanings, the subsequent cleaning will be charged at our current hourly rate. Our standard cleaning hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

A cancellation fee equal to 100% of your typical cleaning rate will apply if our staff is sent away or locked out during these hours.

For company-initiated schedule changes due to holidays or extreme weather conditions, we will make every effort to reschedule as close to your regular scheduled cleaning date as possible.

Breakage and Damage Policy:
While we strive to avoid breakages and damages, accidents can occur. We have Limited Liability protection for replacement or repair, although we cannot guarantee identical replacements. Damage must be reported to our office within 2 business days of service.

Sparklean Cleaning Services cannot be held responsible for damage due to faulty or improper installation, lack of maintenance, or general wear and tear on any items.

Other Information:
To meet your evolving needs and ensure your satisfaction, Sparklean Cleaning Services reserves the right to reevaluate rates at any time. Changes to your service requested after receiving your original estimate may result in additional charges or necessitate a new estimate.

We are unable to care for pets, plants, or children due to liability reasons.

Payment Options and Policies:
Our preferred methods of payment are Check, cash or card payments through invoice sent from our system.

A $45 service charge will be added to all NSF Checks. If a payment is not received on the day of cleaning, your credit card will be charged within 3 business days, without exceptions. Declined cards and unpaid balances will incur a service charge of $25 or 15% interest, whichever is greater.

We offer multiple payment options for your convenience. By verbally agreeing to begin service, you indicate your acceptance of this Service Agreement and grant permission to charge your credit card.

Pictures of Before and After Work:
We take before and after photos of our work for training, proof of performance, and promotional purposes. These photos do not include personal items or pictures. If you do not want pictures taken of work areas in your home, please notify us when you schedule your cleaning.

Non-Solicitation of Employees:
When you engage in a service agreement with Sparklean Cleaning Services, you agree not to solicit for hire any staff member introduced to you by our company for any home-related services. Our recruitment and training processes are rigorous and costly, and we protect our employees accordingly. If you are found to have solicited one of our staff members, our referral/training fee is $3,500 per hired employee. We consider our employees our most valuable asset and charge accordingly.
